Its built with a hot rolled steel structure with CRS system, an outer layer of 6-9mm calcium silicate board with primer and heavy texture paint that’s making the cabin rigid and strong, and insulation with glass wool or rockwool for thermal insulation or sound reduction of  30-80Kg/m3 density with an inner layer of Fire rated Gyp/ MR gypsum board.

Wall thickness ranges from 68.5mm to 107mm. These cabins meet all relevant building codes, and fire rated building specs confirm ASTM standards. Highly suitable solution for camps and offices with premium quality interior and exterior finishes. Flexible designs that work for single- and double-storey configurations also have options for concrete or modular floor systems. This building system provides thermal and moisture protection and high-quality insulation to reduce sound transmission significantly.
